ORGANIC WINE

Mario is an organic red wine, produced entirely by our winery, obtained through the simultaneous cold fermentation of red and white grapes.
It is bottled after one year of ageing.

It should be enjoyed cold as a white wine at about 10-12°C to accompany fish dishes where it will surprise with its unusual combination.
Always excellent with suitable pairings with a great red wine.



GRAPE VARIETY:
70% typical red grape, 30% typical white grape.

PRODUCTION AREA: Montefiore dell’Aso (AP)

ALTITUDE: 300mt meters a.s.l.

GRAPE FERMENTATION: red grape and white grape fermentated together for 25 days at 10°C.

WINE REFINEMENT: in stainless steel for 12 months, then bottled.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14,50% (variable for vintage)

COLOUR: ruby red with intense amaranth reflections

FLAVOUR PROFILE: on the nose notes of red fruit and blackberries and exotic notes of white grapes.
In the mouth intense, voluminous and pleasant wine.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C

PAIRINGS: fish, meet, cheeses.
