MUCH WORK
One family. One territory. One vision.
Our name says it all: a hundred years, a century of harvests. We think in generations, not in quarters. Ours is a shared journey across the table and across the seasons — rooted in the same clay soils, the same hillside above the Aso river, the same belief that good wine begins long before the cellar.
From the vineyard to the cellar — a family's work
Step by step
Every step — from the pruning of each vine to the final bottling — reflects a choice made with care and conviction. Organic farming is not a marketing decision for us: it is the only approach that makes sense in this landscape. We grow native varieties that belong here, and we make wine that tells you where it comes from.
