VENDEMMIA TARDIVA
Vines Over 25 Years Old
Over our 20 years of organic winegrowing experience, we have seen how sustainable practices make our vines incredibly robust, resilient, and weather-resistant. This allows them to far exceed the typical 25 to 30-year lifespan.
Thanks to our natural methods, our vines thrive well past 40 years.
Their roots run deep and wide, forging a perfect symbiosis between vine and soil.
Naturally slow
Even in the most challenging vintages, our old vines bring their fruit to optimal maturity gracefully and without stress—guided by the true wisdom of time.
Because they ripen slowly, weeks after the younger vines, they inspired us to craft a dedicated collection for fine dining and exclusive hospitality, named Vendemmia Tardiva. It is a limited line we fondly define as “naturally slow.”
Over 25 Years of Organic Expertise
The Vendemmia Tardiva (Late Harvest) collection comprises four wines that represent the pinnacle of our winemaking journey to date. Crafted from mature vineyards cultivated organically for over twenty years, these wines are born from the very heart of our terroir—each carrying a profound narrative within.
Our roots
Through primal markings and conceptual art, each bottle becomes a storyteller for our terroir. Using a minimalist palette of essential elements and colors, the design distills the rich history and human essence of the land where our wine is born.
Our Roots
We use the bottle to recall the local area through primordial signs. Conceptual representations in a few essential elements and colors express and condense the history and humanity of where our wine is created. Our new offering for restaurants.
