This organic natural wine is the true culmination of years of meticulous trials. Since its definitive release in 2019, Puro has delivered uncompromised elegance in both its white and red expressions. It offers remarkable versatility on any wine list, proving equally exceptional as a premium aperitif or when paired with sophisticated cuisine.

Vini Centanni is a certified organic estate in Montefiore dell’Aso, in the Marche hills between the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea. We grow indigenous varieties and make wines that reflect three generations of family knowledge and a deep respect for the land.
